1.1 Scope of Service

4.2 Bonus Review and Cancellation

If it is found that a bonus was obtained fraudulently or in violation of the rules, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from that bonus may be confiscated. Each player may claim the welcome bonus only once.

4.3 VIP Programme Cashback

qq11's VIP programme has 5 tiers based on activity and regular play:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

VIP tier progresses based on the frequency and duration of a player's activity.

4.4 Promotion Usage

Every promotion and bonus has its own applicable terms. Please be aware that we may change or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.1 Fair Play

All games at qq11 use a Random Number Generator to produce results fairly. We cannot pre-adjust outcomes of wins or losses for any player in any way.

5.2 Technical Exploits

If we detect players exploiting game bugs or glitches to gain funds, any money obtained in this way will be confiscated and the account may be closed.

6.2 Definition of a Violation

7.2 Closure by qq11

qq11 reserves the right to close an account without prior notice for the following reasons —

For closures not related to misconduct, we commit to returning any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) at the time of closure.

7.3 Dormant Accounts
