During busy network periods, funds can take a little longer to arrive. If it has been more than 15 minutes since your deposit and the money still hasn't shown up, contact the support team directly via Live Chat with your transfer receipt or a screenshot. For KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay, the minimum deposit is 5,000 Ks for all methods. For withdrawals, a minimum of 30,000 Ks is required, so keep that limit in mind as well.
